"AH LUVZ a Celebration"-- evolved from a PHOTO! --original photography was of an artist friend's jazzy dress all bedazzled with bold color inspired by olives. I took the photo as we shared pizza and talked about Italy one evening not far from my studio in Asheville, N.C..

The amazing textile first attracted then totally captured my imagination. Chartreuse! Yes! Fun! Yes! Viewed through the lens of my imagination, it turned into the contemporary digital rendering you see here- now with over 7,000 views to celebrate its joie de vivre.

SYMBOLISM: Abundant Blessings, Peace, Love and Light (“Ah Luvz Ya” -I love you) Throughout history, the olive branch has been known as a symbol of peace. St Augustine wrote: "Perpetual peace is indicated by the olive branch which the dove brought with it when it returned to the ark."

Olive branches -(represented by the lines in this image)- are symbolic of abundance and many blessings. The olive itself symbolizes wisdom, fertility, power, and purity. In AH LUVZ a Celebration, the juxtaposition of color with changing light symbolizes positive change through envisioning different perspectives.
