AUSPICIOUS PERCH OF THE AWESOME BLACK-WINGED KITE
came to life here in my studio in Asheville, North Carolina, USA- where, often, my inclination to create New Media/Fusion/Collage/Paintography has been described as slightly “off-kilter-modernist” in style. (I’m smiling.)
MIXED MEDIA: Here, one of my canvases (a combination of watercolor and acrylic) borrows bits from photo to come together in this collage. The collage is turned into a JPEG with Photoshop for digital manipulations and rendering.
