"I Remember the Dock and the Sea" is a sentimental journey. This digital image came to life art here in my studio in Asheville, North Carolina, USA as a digital rendering- a dreamscape (inner landscape.) You may notice that there are references to photos now incorporated into this piece (the ocean view through the window.)

Hopefully, it offers space for the viewer to interpret the story being told. However, this is a personal piece, a tribute to my mate - greatly missed.

Here, I am testing the idea that even geometric art can be narrative-One may build it to explore an unfolding tale of everyday living, and of days gone by. .

This piece symbolizes new perceptions that open to change with compassion while it embraces a visual landscape with a certain appeal, for it may remind the viewer that disparate parts CAN work together. "Geometric Art is created using geometric elements, shapes… Geometric art is inspired from geometry. Geometry … a branch of mathematics related of shape, size, and relative position of figures."

I have been drawn to post painterly abstract art in the past. Now I'm wondering if GEOMETRIC ART could be an evolution of that art form. Certainly, the last 50 or so images I have created - either as pure digital renderings or as fusion art - have been geometric. Definitely, this form has captured my attention.
