“Lungta the Windhorse No. 6”
This abstract, mixed media image was inspired by my photo of a horse standing proud, but alone on a mountainside near my studio in Asheville, North Carolina.
Working with acrylics on canvas, the result is a Contemporary Paintography piece with many layers via Photoshop . It is a digital rendering.
This is a figurative abstract expressionist image (originally on canvas paper) that narrates in a digital way- the strength and resilience of living creatures.
SYMBOLISM: The visual story emphasizes The Fraught Process of Selection we—each of us-- face every day—that being the choice to look for possibility in what is around us.
