Strong and Fragile in Red metal print by Zsanan Studio. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

“Beautiful and Fragile in Red”
This evolved from a photo I took of a butterfly landing on shrubbery as viewed from the artist’s studio in Asheville, North Carolina turned to contemporary paintography art via the thread of interest that runs through what I paint on canvas, or on paper, or in a digital way—nature and her promise.
I was struck with the beauty of the two living things and the shapes they had in common. Then I noticed that the butterfly ‘s wing was torn. Life is beautiful but fragile. It is precious-- like the ruby colors combined here with other shades of red-- but fleeting like the moments of a butterfly’s flight in life.
Symbolism: The many shades of red are SYMBOLS OF BELONGING-- for this experience of beautiful but temporary is common to all living creatures. Here, our story of love of life is told.
