UNITY IN DIVERSITY -TRISKELION
The digital rendering of the TRISKELION is photo-art, paintography, as expressed in this contemporary collage –(possibly a combination of Irish roots and sentiment.) It was inspired and evolved from a photo I took of earrings I collected while visiting Donegal, Ireland.
I hoped to capture a sense of endurance and strength of body, mind and spirit along with the poetry of this land of my ancestors. That very photo evolved into this digital rendering with added tones, patterns, shadows to suggest the season, an emotive element and the deepening of Celtic myth and mystery.

THE CELTIC TRISKELION- SYMBOL OF UNITY IN DIVERSITY
The triskelion represents an esoteric understanding. The constant movement of life is portrayed by the rotational symmetry in this piece. An awakened view of nature is painted in the colors of rebirth through the eyes of compassion.
This image of the triskelion offers a visual interpretation of unity in diversity. It is a visual expression of harmonious relationships. Here, a shift from the antagonistic us versus them unfolds to reveal a more complex understanding of relationships between dissimilar parts.
